A cornucopia of aromas on the nose: apricot, lime, tropical fruit and a hint of rhubarb. You expect texture sweetness on the palate. Far from it: the acidity is powerful and precise, the fine creaminess is evident in the long finish. The wine is matured for eleven months on the fine lees.
