The red wine Brunate Barolo DOCG, vintage 2009 from the winery Ceretto has been rated in 2013 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Very clear and fragrant nose, showing lots of fresh cherries, plums, raspberries, a real basket of berries. Lots of elegant, dense tannins on the finish, builds for a long time, silky and supple, compact fruit, salty on the finish.
