Light greenish yellow, silver reflections, intense mousse. Fresh yellow apple fruit delicately underpinned with biscuit, a hint of mango and a mineral touch. Medium body, tight-knit, white pear, taut acidity, fine citrus note, salty finish. A lively animating food wine.
