Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a finely pearly mousse. Delicate meadow herb savouriness, white apple and a hint of lime makes for a somewhat shy bouquet. Medium bodied on the palate with a core of ripe pear fruit giving a subtle sweetnes. It's already developed, with blossom honey on the finish. An uncomplicated style. (PM).
