Tasting from 24.11.2017: Peter Moser

Medium green yellow with silver reflections and a very lively mousse. Ripe apple, a touch of fresh pear, candied orange zest, a hint of bakery and a delicate nougat touch. Complex, fine extract sweetness, white apple, taut acid core, has very good length and a salty mineral finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
