Tasting Notes
Light orange-pink in colour with silver reflections and a very fine mousse. Delicate red forest berries, currants and red cherries, with hints of yellow currants and candied orange zest too. There's a juicy and elegant fruit sweetness on the palate with a fine acidity and mineral and lemony finish that lingers well. A pleasure both as an aperitif and with food.
