Bright salmon pink with silver highlights; full-bodied, persistent effervescence. A multifaceted bouquet with floral notes, currants, a hint of nectarines, subtle hints of sponge cake and blossom honey; an inviting bouquet. Complex, tightly woven, delicate red-berry texture, creamy body, lively structure, mineral finish, delicate fruit sweetness lingers on the finish, strawberries and cherries in a lemon-tinged aftertaste, very good length.
