Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver reflections; very fine, persistent mousse. Attractive yellow core fruit, notes of apple and honeydew melon, floral nuances, a hint of lime zest, mineral touch, biscuit notes in the background. Taut, tight-knit, salty white fruit, shows raciness and length, fruity nuances on the finish, very persistent. A great food wine, will improve with age.
