Tasting from 28.10.2020: Peter Moser und Gerhild Burkard

Light straw-yellow, silver reflections; lively mousse. Nuances of honeydew melon and fresh pear underlaid with white flowers and a hint of biscuit; an inviting bouquet. Medium-bodied, green apple, lively structure, salty lemony finish. A stimulating, crisp aperitif, very refreshing. (Base vintage 2014, Deg. 02.2020).
