Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow. Wild spice nose of fennel, lime blossom and hay, with a touch of ripe plum and delicate nutty notes. Harmonious, creamy mouthfeel, zesty acidity freshens the palate with extract-rich fruit expression and fine mousse, gala melon finish. A pleasant aperitif.
