Pale golden yellow, with brassy reflections and a lively mousse. Ripe yellow apple, a touch of pear and some herbal savouriness on the nose, with a hint of honey and candied orange zest. Medium bodied on the palate with a core again of pome fruit wrapped up in a fresh structure. Finishes lemony, in an uncomplicated style. (Disgorged 12/23, PM).
