Medium salmon red with copper-coloured reflections. Appealing bouquet, underpinned by raspberries, light cherries and orange confit, a hint of pink cookie. Fine mousse, juicy, fresh core, harmonious acidity with candied red apple in the aftertaste, medium body. Balanced aperitif.
