Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2016: Peter Moser

Medium yellow, silver shimmers, fine mousse. A delicate scented apple touch, candied orange zest, but also floral nuances. Complex, substance followed by white apple nuances, a lively structure, minerality and pertinacity with citrus touches in the aftertaste, and pronounced fruit reverberations. At a good point in its evolution with future ageing potential.
