A touch of maple syrup and the merest hint of popcorn join the creamy lemon notes on the nose. The palate is bright and light, vivid with fine, brisk mousse. The body is slender but has some creaminess from the bubbles which makes it into a perfect, brisk and mouth-watering aperitif style.
