Solera 2005-2017. Seven varieties, including Petit Meslier, Pinot gris and Arbanne. Refined in its Solera-typical blend of freshness and a foundation of ripe, tertiary-influenced savouriness. Carried on the palate by a fine mousse, straightforwardly dry, dense, with intense minerality.

Composed as a solera from vintages 2005-2013, disgorged in January 2016. Seven varieties, including Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris and Arbanne. Ripe, subtly tertiary, savoury aroma, cumin, chalk, old wood, salty palate, fine mousse, dense and nervy, mineral, complex, savoury, finely chiselled, ideally fresh in maturity, subtle wine.
