Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Medium bright copper gold. Multi layered aroma of candied almond, wild strawberry, orange zest, pomegranate and pastry. Plenty of substance on the palate with a fine extract structure and grippy acidity, which are well structured and complex. A fine mineral finish, a delicate salty note and some white nougat in the aftertaste lead to a long finish.
