Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Medium bright golden yellow. Delicate aroma of lime tart with fine tropical hints of pineapple, kumquat, some passionfruit, subtle hints of yeast and orange blossom. Very fine foam on the palate, creamy with buttery almond cream, salty with a juicy acid core, some green apple has an exhilaratingly fresh effect. Tasty, tart finish of grapefruit. Medium body with a youthful impression.
