Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Subtle wood spice and an age-appropriate, rather precise fruit behind it. Silky flow on the palate, appetizingly balanced with a lot of juiciness and rather discreet acidity. Good length, quite relaxed classic structure.
