Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-garnet, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Fragrantly delicate notes of black berry fruit and biscuit followed by hints of blueberry jam and Black Forest gateau with undertones of lavender and refined wood nuances. Complex, powerful and juicy, ripe black cherries, round and ripe tannins, with soft notions of Cabernet Franc savouriness on the finish superseded by a good length. A bold food accompaniment.
