Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening, cherry fruit with delicate vegetal undertones, a hint of plums, leafy touch. Red berries, fresh structure, subtle tannins, lemony touch on the finish, salty-mineral aftertaste. Has now completely withdrawn.
More about the tastingDark, dense ruby garnet. Concentrated on the nose, with red fruit and beautiful spice. On the palate, the mineral-spicy style typical of Calon-Ségur. Ripe, sweet red fruit at the core, furry tannins on the surface, strong minerality, everything already perfectly interwoven. Deep and complex structure, very long on the finish, a great wine.
