Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, an attractive bouquet with fine forest berry nuances, a touch of nougat, ripe cherry, and delicate tangerine zest. The elegant palate is juicy and fresh, with integrated, supporting tannins, red berry, and subtle current notes and a saline minerality. Perfectly matured, this is now right on point and offers great drinking pleasure.
More about the tastingDeep ruby garnet, violet reflections. Fine woody and roasted aromas on the nose, some nougat, some Brettanomyces in the background. Slightly washed out on the palate, alcoholic, a little one-dimensional, delicate strawberry jam, remains short, wanting to end.
