Tasting Notes
Fresh cherry fruit, candied cherry, wild strawberry, overtones of herbs. Grippy and ripe tannin on the palate, carefully used in terms of length, fine, juicy background, has an impression of lightness and yet expression and length, stupendous elegance, versatile in culinary terms. Serve slightly chilled.
