Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a subtle ochre rim. Fine red cherry fruit, hints of wild berries, subtle precious wood spice and some orange zest show on the nose, which is still somewhat restrained. Medium bodied on the palate with a firm texture and integrated tannins supporting red berry fruit. There's a subtle extract sweetness in the finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
