Tasting Notes
Intense yellow gold colour with silver hues, subtle brightening on the rim. Nuances of fresh pear, a ripe mix of tropical fruits, some blossom honey. Powerful, taut, white fruit nuances, a well-integrated sweetness, with a fresh structure, mineral, persistent, already well developed, ripe apricot on the finish.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green. White tropical fruit notes underlaid with fresh pears, delicate hints of apple peel. Juicy, but only medium complexity, underpinned with fine acidity, white fruit on the finish, not yet fully balanced, still needs time.
