Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine wild berry confit with undertones of nougat, a hint of plum, a little liquorice and caramel. Medium complexity, juicy, taut, integrated acidity, subtle tannin, black fruit notes on the finish, wood spice on the aftertaste, already easy to drink.
