Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser

This has a vibrant ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a broad and bright rim. There are aromas of dark forest berry confit, with delicate savoury undertones, tobacco nuances, and notes of minerality. It is juicy, with good complexity, integrated tannins, a chocolaty touch on the finish, a spicy aftertaste, and a gentle astringency in the background.
