Strong ruby, purple reflections, faint ochre brightening on the rim. A bit shy, nuances of blackberries and black cherries, some nougat and leather. Juicy, good fruit expression, vivid but integrated tannins, spicy, still a bit underdeveloped overall, will benefit from bottle ageing.
