The red wine Le Souverain, vintage 2004 from the winery Château Ksara has been rated in 2011 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Bekaa plain in Lebanon.
Garnet red with delicate brownish reflections. Cherry, cassis, leather, herbs and roasted aromas emanate from the glass. Strong, complex character made up of cassis, blackberries, licorice, herbs and cherry, velvety tannins. Long, slightly spicy finish. Still has good ageing potential.
