Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, violet rim brightening. Very fine notes of wild berries and cherries on the nose, delicate woody spice, mineral nuances, delicate hints of candied orange zest. Fine soft cherry fruit on the palate, very fresh, but also delicately vegetal, delicate nougat, somewhat edgy finish, notes of roasted aromas and caramel in the aftertaste.
