Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Almond, herbal spice. Overall quite closed. On the palate with a neat combination of crumbliness and freshness, creamy background, sandy to grippy, slightly green tannin, lots of juiciness, very classically conceived wine with a very good perspective.
