Tasting from 12.03.2020: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Nuances of roasted coffee and vanilla, preserved black cherries, a hint of lavender and cardamom. Taut, fine dark berry confit, nuances of blueberries, firm tannins, fresh structure, lively, a hint of aniseed, fine savoury touch in the aftertaste, an elegant food wine.
