Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby to the core, purple reflections and subtle rim brightening. Ripe plums, sweet cherries, underlying herbal savouriness, delicate figs in the background and a hint of orange zest. Powerful and juicy on the palate, fresh cherries, racy acidic structure and fine tannins. A fresh and persistent finish with a touch of chocolate and minerality. Developing well but with definite further ageing potential.
