Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness, a hint of roasted pineapple, fresh apricot, a touch of chamomile, candied orange zest. Juicy, finely meshed, vivacious, white apple, racy acidity, nuances of grapefruit on the finish with a touch of salt, very fresh and persistent, will develop and has definite ageing potential.
