Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Nuances of ripe black forest berries, blackberry jam, some tobacco and candied orange zest on the nose. The palate is juicy with good complexity, with a core of black heart cherries supported by well-integrated tannins. The fresh structure leads into a chocolaty finish, with good ageing potential.
