Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.06.2020: Peter Moser

Very pale yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, some honeydew melon and meadow herbs, attractive bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed, fine fruit sweetness, lively structure, energetic and fresh on the palate, stays well on the palate, good minerality thanks to 6 months of amphora ageing.
