Tasting from 11.08.2023: Peter Moser

Deep garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. Restrained, some nougat, dark wild berries, a hint of mint and liquorice in the background. Cassis, fresh cherries, racy acidity, mineral and lemon in the finish, sweet berryish fruit on the back palate. A stimulating food wine.
