Tasting from 03.09.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Attractive ripe heart cherry fruit, fresh plums, fine nuances of dried spices, a hint of nougat. Juicy, dark berry fruit, powerful texture, delicate extract sweetness, fine acid structure, sticks well, mineral touch, chocolaty aftertaste, already easy to drink, a versatile companion for autumnal game dishes, has definite ageing potential.
