Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Floral, dark berryish aroma, very clear, finely nuanced, semi-bitter chocolate, a hint of cinnamon from the wood. Deep on the palate, but also with a very natural balance. Fine-grained, dense tannins, which are neither green nor hard, lie on a creamy background. All the components mesh harmoniously, with a very good length and homogeneity for the vintage. (Tasted by Dr. Ulrich Sautter).
