Tasting Notes
Basked Pressed and unfiltered. Menthol, herbal spice, mint candy, after eight. Soft and silky on the palate, then underpinned by fairly incisive acidity, powerful alcohol, but balanced by the freshness of the nerve, fruit and tannin. Long, mineral, interesting wine.
