Tasting Notes
Dark chocolate, redcurrant, cranberry, herbs. Very soft attack, sandy tannin, dense, monolithic, earthy-loamy flavours retronasal, remaining creamy until the finish, then dry and drying, strong alcohol, but also chalky-mineral tones. Good structural length. Massive - with the impression of a sinewy, dense structure on an emphatically full-bodied, soft base.
