Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 05.11.2005

Sparkling garnet red; very clear, concise nose with a pronounced aroma of sour cherries, underpinned by light mineral notes; shows a lot of grippy tannin on the palate, fine-grained, lots of dark berry fruit, liquorice on the finish, persistent and with beautiful pressure, supple.
