Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Strong, slightly matured red. Not very typical Pinot bouquet, notes of cassis, grapefruit, rhubarb, pine needles, resin, green peppers. Flowing attack on the palate, round, juicy, present acidity, pithy tannins, a hint of wood and cassis. Tart and sour in the long finish. Controversial wine.
