Brilliant golden yellow. Fine aromas of plum, apricot, lemon zest and a slightly exotic touch of pineapple and fresh yeast pastry. The palate is light with fine acidity and sweetness, creamy crème caramel and sea salt. Velvety mineral finish, with very good length. A great palate pleaser.
