Tasting Notes
Bright, light gold in colour. Initially elegant notes of Linden blossom, lemon balm and yellow apple on the nose, with nuances of brioche, pineapple, and meadow herbs in the background. There's a soft acidity on the palate with saline notes and a fine mousse, creating juicy middling length. Subtly sugared grapefruit shows in the aftertaste. A good aperitif.
