Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Intense black berry confit on the nose, a hint of licorice, elderberry, sloes, fresh citrus zest. Quite vegetal, sweet red berry nuances underneath, racy structure, subtle chocolate melting in the finish, some nougat in the aftertaste.
