Tasting from 10.06.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A beautiful, expressive nose with notes of pomelo, grapefruit, and passion fruit. Hints of sage and ground ivy, along with floral nuances. Dense, fresh, and fruity on the palate, with plenty of citrus and passion fruit. Lingers long on the palate with a salty finish and is a delight to drink.
