Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Blood orange on the nose, rosehips and a breath of caramel on the finish, has also a light flowery component. Racy on the palate with gripping tannin, slightly salty, on the finish then unfortunately drying.
