Tasting from 01.10.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant pale gold. Aromas of fresh lemon and fresh pineapple on the nose, slightly tropical hint, banana, cool wet stone, subtle white chocolate. Stretches over the tongue with cool fruit, polished and creamy, shows light salt with a rich aftertaste, minimal drying on the finish.
