Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Spontaneous fermentation characterized by sweet cherry, wild raspberry, a hint of laurel, red pepper, dried meat and mint. Juicy fruit on the palate, mild tannin, subtle but sufficiently fresh acidity, clear, very natural finish. Elegant and fresh, yet precise and stylish and successful in its fruit-driven, drinkable style.
