Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Intense ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Savoury herbal notes, a touch of sweet cherry, background hints of balsamic and tobacco, blackberry. Powerful with pleasant fruit expression, ripe, integrated tannins, elegant and a long lasting finish with fine tannin. Still very youthful with both freshness and length, a successful balance between classic and modern.
